This easy-to-make and low on carbs dish is full of aromatic flavours. Serve this delicious Chicken Curry to your friends and family on special occasions.
How to Cook:
Chop onions finely and sauté in oil until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry till done.
Add slices of ginger, green chillies and sauté until aroma comes out.
Add the Chicken Curry Mix Masala and fry for a few minutes.
Add chicken pieces, salt and 200 ml second coconut milk extract.
Add sufficient amount of water if the quantity of milk is not enough to cook the chicken pieces.
Cook till chicken pieces are done and gravy is thick.
Add the first milk extract and stir till uniform. Remove from flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
