How to Cook:
Gravy
Cook the chicken in small amount of water with salt and 2 ½ tsp of Chicken
Pepper Fry Masala.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onion, chopped ginger, sliced green chilli, sliced garlic and curry leaves till brown.
Add the cooked chicken and add 1 ½ teaspoon of Chicken Pepper Fry Masala and cook till done.
Garnish with crushed pepper and Coriander Leaves.
Dry Fry
Make a fine paste of Chicken Pepper Fry Masala
Add egg if required.
Apply the paste all over the dressed chicken pieces evenly
Marinate this for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn to dark brown.
Remove from the fire and serve hot.
